No, you do not have to be a Nurse Practitioner.
How long is the Course?
This is an On-Demand, multi- module course that provides all the information you need to start your Medspa/Aesthetic business. You can work at your own pace and will have access to the material for 6 months.
Who is NOT eligible for this training?
Anyone who is not listed in FAQ #1 OR anyone who wishes to build a brick-and-mortar business with employees. This course is for those who want to start small, learn the business and then scale.

Can I really build my Aesthetic Business in 6 Weeks?
ABSOLUTELY! If you complete the self-paced modules and follow the steps provided each week, you can have your aesthetic business up and running in 6 Weeks!
I have never owned a business before, does it matter?
No, it does not. This course is specifically created for those who want to build their business on the side, and those who want to start small and scale. This is exactly the blueprint Dr. Jones used to get her business started and she is teaching others how to do the same.
How many years of nursing experience do I need before taking the training?
It depends. If you have never worked as a nurse, you need to be proficient in skills for injection, assessment, communication, be able to think critically in an emergency, etc. There really is no set amount of time, but keep in mind you will be essentially working autonomously but under the direction of your medical director. Do not risk your license or theirs.
I am a Nurse Practitioner, do I need a medical director?
It depends on the state. If you are in a full practice authority state, and you’re able to practice independently, you do not need a doctor to collaborate with you to be your own Medical Director.
If you are in a Restricted or Reduced practice state, you will need a Medical Director.
Should I work in a Medspa first?
Any experience is good; however it is not required. Dr. Jones’s concern is that people wait in hopes that they will find a job in order to obtain the experience. Often, years will have passed and you will still be waiting. Therefore, the strategy that she teaches in the course is the same one she used, invest in your training. Stop asking for a seat at the table, build your own.
Do you think the market is getting overly saturated?
Absolutely not. Think of it like this, you walk into a hair salon and there are several stylists in the same building and they all have clients right? Some clients prefer one hairstylist, while others prefer the other ones. It is all about preference. Stop worrying about the market and focus on being an expert in your industry and helping your patients look and feel better about themselves.
